Yes! Bark Crew ships to most countries around the world. Wherever your dog calls home, we’ll deliver straight to your door.

📦 Where do you ship from?

We partner with trusted fulfillment centers across Asia and Australia, including our main warehouse in Hong Kong, to ensure efficient global shipping.

🕒 Can I change or cancel my order?

As we process orders quickly, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel it. After 12 hours, your order will have entered fulfillment and can only be returned after delivery.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal for your convenience and security.

🚚 When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During holidays or peak sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

📬 How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks depending on your location and local postal service. We’ll email you tracking details once your package has shipped.

🐾 What if I don’t receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after it has shipped, please contact us and we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

💰 Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Our prices are displayed in AUD and are tax-free. Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These are determined by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.

🔁 How do I return an item?

To start a return, email support@barkcrew.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address.

⚠️ What if my item is defective or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — guaranteed.

💵 When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
